Why people trust the shop

Licensed, accredited and answerable for the work.

A repair is only worth what stands behind it. Everything below is on the wall of the workshop or on the public record, not a badge invented for a website.

Licensed Vehicle Repairer

Licensed under NSW motor vehicle repair law, with the licence displayed on the workshop wall.

MTA NSW Member

Member of the Motor Traders' Association of NSW, the state body for the repair trade.

O'Brien Authorised Dealer

The O'Brien Authorised Dealer for vehicle glass in Griffith, working to O'Brien's approved standards.

Trading since 2005

Farronato Autobody Repairs Pty Ltd has been registered and working out of Griffith since June 2005.

Side one of the shop

Smash repairs, panel and paint.

This is the trade the name is on. Damaged panels are worked back to shape, prepared and refinished in the same building, so nobody is waiting on a second shop to fit a job in.

The workshop sits on Farronato Road, off Griffith's industrial strip, with the bays open onto the yard.

    Accident and smash repair

Front, rear and side impact damage brought back to shape, from a scraped guard to a full panel replacement.

  • 02

    Panel beating

Dents, creases and buckled panels worked back straight in the shop, on the same floor the job gets painted on.

  • 03

    Spray painting and refinishing

Colour matched, blended and finished so the repaired panel sits in with the rest of the car.

  • 04

    Insurance repairs

Claim work handled end to end, including sorting out discrepancies with the insurer on your behalf.

Inside the workshop

One floor, one crew, start to finish.

Cars come in through the roller doors and stay in the one shop while the work is done. The plaques on the wall by the second bay are the repairer's licence and the MTA NSW membership, put where anyone dropping a car off can read them.

Side two of the shop

Windscreens and auto glass.

Farronato Autobody Repairs is the O'Brien Authorised Dealer for vehicle glass in Griffith. A chip caught early is repaired rather than replaced, and full replacements are done to O'Brien's approved standards.

Most of the glass work runs through the same shop as the panel work, which is why a chip picked up on the highway can often be squeezed in the same day.

Mobile glass service

Glass work can be done in the branch or out on the road. Give the shop a call to check the mobile service reaches you.

Insurance repairs

We deal with the insurer, you deal with us.

Claim work is a normal part of the week here. If something in the assessment doesn't add up, the shop takes it up with the insurer directly rather than leaving you to sort it out over the phone.

A big thanks to you for getting our cars chipped windscreen in to be fixed on our way through town with an hours notice! We appreciate it so much and can't even tell there was a chip in the first place. Thanks again!

Had a damaged windscreen that I wanted to get repaired before driving all the way back to Sydney. Paul dropped what he was doing and got it done immediately so I could head out asap. Top workmanship, friendly service and a fair price, would highly recommend.

I came here with an electrical problem with my driver's side window that I could no longer close. They were overflowing like other places I had been just before. But despite that, unlike the others I don't blame at all, he helped me very generously and super efficiently. I find this exceptional and I'll always come back to them if I have a problem. Thank you again for your help.

Recently had a windscreen replaced on our family car through Farronato's, and all I can say is it was 110% the easiest repairs I have gotten so far. The staff there were friendly, respectful, helpful allowing us to drive our car back into town and they drive it back to the shop so we didnt have to walk with the kids, and processed the repair quickly! Cant fault the work done at all. Would 100% recommend the business to others!

The family behind it

Paul and Corinne Farronato, and a street with the family name on it.

Farronato Autobody Repairs has been a registered company in Griffith since June 2005, run by Paul and Corinne Farronato out of the shop on Farronato Road. Paul is the one most people end up dealing with, and he turns up in the reviews by name more often than the business does.

It is the kind of shop where a traveller with a cracked windscreen gets fitted in on an hour's notice, and where the crew will drive your car back to you rather than leave a family walking into town. That is not a slogan, it is what the last two years of reviews describe.
